I just bought from Lowe's. When will you call me?
Within one business day of Lowe's sending your order to us. If your purchase was made on a weekend or holiday, expect to hear from us the next business day. If you need to reach out first, call (555) 555-0123.
Do I pay PrioritPro directly?
No. Your installation cost is part of your Lowe's order — you've already paid Lowe's. We bill Lowe's for the work. Tipping is not expected.
What if my home needs extra work to install?
Sometimes a site doesn't match what was specified at checkout — for example, a garage door header that needs reinforcement or an old gas line that's out of code. The technician will walk you through any required modifications and pricing before doing the work.
Will you haul away my old appliance or garage door?
Yes, if haul-away was added to your Lowe's order. If you didn't include it, our crew can usually add it at the time of install for a small fee.
What's covered by warranty?
Manufacturer warranties cover the product. Lowe's installation warranty covers the labor for a defined period after install. Issues caused by our workmanship are something we'll come back and fix at no charge.
Do you do work outside of Lowe's orders?
Our installation business runs through Lowe's. For service calls or repairs unrelated to a Lowe's purchase, give us a call — we may be able to help or refer you to a local partner.
